Vehicle Graphics Ideas – How To Use Your Truck To Promote Your Business

Pleasanton vehicle graphic branding wrapNext time you drive through town, or on the freeway, take a look around at the other vehicles and count how many cars have some sort of company or product information on them. You see signage on company cars every day, but how effective are they? And how creative should you get?

Why Do You Want Vehicle Graphics?

The hardest part for some of our clients is to figure out what they want to put on their vehicle. What are you trying to do by putting signage or a wrap on your truck?

1. Do you want someone to see your business name and call?

2. Do you want to have your fleet instantly recognized around town?

3. Do you want a lettered truck to provide business credibility?

How Can You Use Vehicle Graphics to Promote Your Company?

1. Are you the best kept secret in your industry? If you or your staff are on the road frequently, prominently displaying your company name and contact details will increase the chances that someone will see you and call for your services. It is vital that you have your contact details very legible from a distance, and something that people can remember while driving.

2. If branding is your goal, having a vibrant vehicle wrap may be the way to go. These are those eye-catching vehicles that have graphics all over them – they stand out and catch your eye, even when you are too far away to read the contact details. While these vehicles also have contact details, their main purpose is for brand recognition and to make a name for themselves in the area by being recognizable from any distance!

3. A company that invests in its own branding and marketing is seen as a more legitimate business than one that tries to get by with the bare minimum. In other words, when you spend money on your own business, it positively affects the first impressions and opinions that people form about your business. In addition, vehicles that target consumers and work in their homes show that they live by their reputation. For example, when whether you are a a plumber, contractor, electrician, etc, that parks your branded vehicle outside of a client’s house, you are showing that you have the reputation and credibility to live and work by your name, and proudly display it on any job.

These are just three general reasons that clients travel to us for vehicle graphics in Pleasanton, but we proudly serve the entire bay area. Whether you are looking for a creative vehicle wrap, or just want to get your company logo and contact details on a vehicle, we are here to help!

I like what you said about fleet signage, “While these vehicles also have contact details, their main purpose is for brand recognition and to make a name for themselves in the area by being recognizable from any distance!” I’ve always thought it would be a fun idea to do this someday. Does the type of car matter? I’ll have to pay closer attention to the cars around me today while I drive to see if I can notice any. Thanks for sharing!

The type of car can affect the best print or wrap that we put on it, but for the most part, most vehicles work well. We always have an initial discussion to understand our clients’ needs so that we can then recommend the best solution to achieve the results they want!

Vehicle wraps are definitely the best choice for brand building because it is cost effective compared to other methods of promotion as thousands of people see it, and it generates a positive impression on visitors.

Yes, you can never underestimate the value of brand building (when done effectively and with a greater strategy in mind). We love helping clients maximize the vehicles that they are already currently using.

  3. With so many new media marketing tactics for businesses to utilize, it might seem like business cards are a thing of the past. But those seemingly simple tools can still help you make a great impression with in-person customers – if you actually take the time to create designs that reflect your business.
